Abdur co-founded CLIP Homes in 2021 to create scalable, sustainable housing solutions for urban living. He leads the design and construction of all multiplex projects at CLIP Homes while spearheading innovation across the company's offerings. With a strong passion for urban development, Abdur has designed over 6 million square feet of residential projects across North America and Europe, ranging from multi-building neighborhood developments to densification initiatives in Ontario's MTSA zones. His diverse experience includes working with both local and global firms, such as Studio JCI, Handel Architects LLP, and the 2023 Pritzker Prize-winning David Chipperfield Architects. A Toronto native, Abdur earned his Bachelor of Architecture from The Cooper Union in New York.

Jaegap spearheads the product strategy of all multiplex projects while driving innovation across the company’s housing solutions. Dedicated to enhancing urban living, Jaegap’s expertise lies in integrating visionary design with practical implementation. His influential work has shaped numerous residential projects and has had a significant impact on municipal policies, particularly in advocating for multiplexes and mid-rises to address the city's housing needs. Jaegap’s experience includes his role as a Founding Principal at Studio JCI, an award-winning Toronto-based architecture firm recognized for its substantial annual output of over 8 million square feet of residential projects. Jaegap holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Toronto.

Project Experience: Project Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on experience in low-rise residential or 'missing middle' housing projects, showcasing a strong understanding of design, engineering, and construction.
Building Code Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Ontario Building Code.
Problem-Solving & Detail Orientation: Proven ability to identify and resolve technical challenges with attention to detail.

In this role, you will apply your skills in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and engineering design to enhance the efficiency of multiplex construction projects, from design through to on-site assembly.
Key Responsibilities
Process Design & Optimization: Collaborate with engineering teams to design and improve manufacturing processes for high-quality multiplex and offsite construction projects.
3D Modeling & Technical Drawings: Use SolidWorks and REVIT to develop detailed engineering drawings, 3D models, and assembly instructions for construction components.
Lean Manufacturing & Process Improvement: Apply principles of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
Supply Chain Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses, and material sourcing assessments to support decision-making for offsite construction.
